Once the dessert leaves my hands, I no longer assume responsibility for any damage. That includes heat damage or damage caused by accident. It is best to enjoy your freshly made macarons within the first 2 days from pick up or delivery. However, you can store and keep them for up to 3 weeks. You will need to place them in a food container and tightly close it. After keeping it in the refrigerator for 20 min, they are ready to be moved to the freezer. Before serving, move the container with macarons back to the refrigerator without opening it. After 2 hours, they are ready to be served.
