I have created over 10,000 high-quality macarons and enjoyed 100% customer satisfaction. I have confidence that you will enjoy my creations without regrets. I don't proceed with the order until it is 100% paid. I don't ask for a 50% deposit. Until an invoice is fully paid, I don't purchase "magic" ingredients and don't start work on the order. Premium and Premium Plus, you can cancel anytime. A 5% (min.$5) processing fee will be withheld. Please remember it can take 2-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
If you need to cancel your Exclusive order, you must do so 3 business days before the pickup or delivery date. There will be no refund if the order is canceled less than 3 business days before the pickup or delivery date. 

That order has been made precisely just for you! It contains all perishable food items and is not eligible for any exchange or return options. I could not accept returns or offer refunds if you did not like a product. If a product does not meet the standards, please notify me immediately. Your satisfaction is my priority. Please get in touch with me and let me know of any issues regarding your order. 

I offer free delivery within The Woodlands, TX, during business hrs from 8am-8pm.
I do not offer delivery or shipping outside The Woodlands, TX. All orders outside The Woodlands, TX must be picked up from my location in Artavia Community, TX, during business hours.

I can consider a special delivery in Houston, TX, for orders more than $100. The delivery will be calculated at a $1 per mile rate from The Woodlands Costco 8185 TX-242, The Woodlands, TX 77385, to a delivery address and billed separately.

Timing will be necessary, so please make sure to be at the place at the time we agreed on. I have another customer to serve, so I will be on a tight schedule. I will notify you if there is any unexpected change from my side. Please, let me know ahead of time if you have any changes.

Once the dessert leaves my hands, I no longer assume responsibility for any damage. That includes heat damage or damage caused by accident. Please, inspect your order upon reception and let me know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

I use high-quality ingredients to create my unique desserts. I don't provide the ingredients list.
However, please remember that my kitchen is not nut or gluten-free. If you have some food restrictions, please indicate them on the inquiry form. Please, allow me at least two business days to respond to your inquiry. Inquiries submitted on Friday may not get seen until the following Monday.

It is best to enjoy your freshly made macarons within the first 2 days from pick up or delivery. However, you can store and keep them frozen for up to 2 weeks. You will need to place them in an airtight food container and store in freezer. Before serving, move the container with macarons back to the refrigerator for 2 hours without opening it to avoid condensation. After 2 hours, they are ready to be served.
